IJF Trophies for the World Championships
MAKING JUDO MORE
EXCITING
To
give even more attention to the actual competition during the World
Judo Championships in Birmingham, the International Judo Federation
created two new events to highlight its best competitors. In a special
celebration as part of the closing ceremony, IJF president Mr. Y.S.
Park of Korea presented two new trophies: the Ippon-Trophy and two
awards for the Judoka of the Year...
